With over 25 years in Corporate and Agencies, I’ve been involved in big companies like Uber and Twitter and understand the issues leaders in the workforce are facing. You’re smart, driven, and desire more and it’s my job to help you clarify and reach those goals.

How did I get here?
I began my career in traditional advertising in San Francisco, just as web development started gaining traction. This shift gave me the opportunity to join HotWired, where I worked on some of the first-ever digital ads. That experience propelled me into full-time web development, where I held various roles, from agencies to corporate environments.
As an Executive Producer and Program Director, I often found myself at the center of communication, bridging teams and seeing firsthand the diverse challenges they faced. I was privileged to witness how passionate and talented people were in their roles.
However, I also noticed a pattern: even those who loved their work often spent too much time on tasks that drained their energy rather than fueled their creativity. They struggled to manage their time, responsibilities, and relationships in ways that would allow them to truly progress.
This insight led me to discover my calling. I transitioned into Executive Coaching to support leaders in achieving success without sacrificing their personal lives. By helping them align their work with what’s important to them, increase their productivity, and enhance their relationships, I enable them and their teams to thrive, creating a positive ripple effect throughout their organizations.
A few of my favorite things
I grew up in Southern California but now make my home in San Francisco. My BA is in Psychology from the University of California at Santa Cruz with a minor in Sociology (go Banana Slugs)!

I got my MA in Creative writing and while I mostly write emails these days I still read a ton of fiction and nonfiction.

I’ve been known to keep up on new restaurants. I love enjoying a meal out with friends and a good glass of wine.

My passion for paper gets me into trouble as I have a notebook stash that I’ll never get through.

Systems and organization. Oh my! It’s not just a job for me.
